Neuropsychology is a branch of psychology that is concerned with how the brain and the rest of the nervous system influence a person's cognition and behaviors, often focusing on how injuries or illnesses of the brain affect cognitive functions and behaviors.
Perri Carlson-Hawke is a clinically trained psychologist with a special interest in neuropsychology, mood disorders and assisting those living with chronic illness and anxiety. Originally from Queensland, Perri moved to Orange in 2012 where she completed her Honors in Psychology at Charles Sturt University. She went on to study Coaching Psychology at the University of Sydney before obtaining her MPsych(Clinical) in 2016.
Perri is trained in neuropsychological assessment for concerns including memory loss, dementia, brain injury or intellectual impairments. These may be for clinical, educational or medico-legal purposes.
